“For the price we paid I thought that the property could have been presented a bit better. Everything was clean but just a little bit dated, The granite worktop in the kitchen was broken, We had to contact them as there was no key for the outside bedroom, it was delivered fairly promptly. The dishwaser broke they sent someone out the same day but it could not be fixed.”

“The furnishings in the house are very simple, but are fine for what is needed. There is loads of hanging space for clothes with an abundance of hangars which was great. The outdoor area has a lovely pool and we all enjoyed the shade that was available from the trees if required. The villa has a perfect location - with a view of Es Pou beach from the terrace. There is no need to de-camp to the beach for the day - just walk across the road to it when you fancy a swim in the sea. Also if you wanted to keep up with TV back home then it had a box that received all British channels. The main negative point was that the Villa could have really done with an air conditioning unit in the lounge area. Air conditioning was provided in the bedrooms and was very effective, but the lounge was unbearably hot in the evening. This could easily be rectified for not too much cost. Also in the bathroom - a shower screen would have been better than the curtain, as it caused a flood on a daily basis. However, if you want a simple but adequate villa in a great location this is for you”

“Vi var mycket nöjda med huset för våra behov. Det var enkel standard och inga prylar framme, vilket uppskattades med ett 20-månaders barn. Mycket porslin och glas i köket. Sängarna var lite hårda, vi saknade en tjockare bäddmadrass Det var dammigt under sängarna när vi kom och det flög runt i rummet och fastnade under fötterna. Annars kändes det fräscht. Cementplattor runt hela huset, inget gräs. Vi uppskattade verkligen den egna poolen och solstolarna som fanns där.”
