Holiday Apartment in Agde with Private Parking and Panorama View

The holiday apartment is in a beautiful holiday complex at Cap d’Agde with a view of the Mediterranean Sea and the Fort de Brescou. The building that the apartment is part of comprises twenty residential units. This holiday apartment is on the fourth and therefore top floor and so has no neighbours up above. There are just three other apartments on the same floor. The house has a lift.

The 9m² balcony is furnished with a table and chairs for six people and two loungers. It faces south and is in the sun all day long. If you would like some shade, then you can use the electric shutters and awning. Enjoy the view of the sea and the swimming pool with a paddling pool, for shared use with the other residents, along with a big garden. There is a private parking space for your car right by the entrance to the building in the shade, which is very pleasant in summer. If you bring bicycles with you or hire them, then you can use a lockable bicycle room. The site is monitored by a caretaker and is secured by a remote-controlled gate.

The apartment provides around 40m² of living space for up to six people. There is a main room with a kitchen corner, providing a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge with a freezer compartment, an induction hob, a washing machine and a dryer, a kettle and a toaster. The living room has a sofa bed (140cm wide) for two people. It also has a coffee table, a flatscreen TV (TNT) with a DVD player. The household appliances are regularly renewed or replaced. The bedrooms face north and are therefore cool and quiet. One bedroom has a double bed (140cm wide), while the smaller bedroom has a bunk bed for two people (each 90cm wide). The bathroom has a bath.

The beach is right in front of the holiday complex, 50 metres away. You do not have to cross a road to get to it. During the high season, all the shops are within walking distance, along with many restaurants, a bakery, a supermarket, a hairdresser, an icecream counter, bicycle hire, a clothing shop, a wine seller and a shop with beach accessories, all about 50 metres away. Less than an hour away by car you can find many places worth visiting, such as the old districts of Agde, wine cellars, the town of Sète, the village Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert and the town of Pézenas with its artists. The owner is happy to provide advice according to your interests. In summer there are many activities available for children and families.

On colder days, radiators in all the rooms (except the toilet) provide warmth. In summer the apartment is cooled by its elevated location. Wireless Internet access is included in the rental price. The apartment is not especially equipped for people with restricted mobility, but the doorways are wide enough for wheelchair users.
