Typical house in a quiet location with fireplace, terrace and your own parking area

This typical Canarian house is located in the town of Candelaria, or more specifically, in the district of Barrio de la Jiménez, which is characterised by traditional houses and therefore forms part of the cultural heritage.

The house is over 60 years old and has been recently restored. All rooms are on one floor. These include a kitchen that has basic fittings along with a fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave, a Ceran hob, a coffee machine and a kettle. The cosy living area invites you to linger here due to its fireplace. A sofa bed for two people, a satellite TV, a table and a small selection of books can be found here. The bathroom is tiled and has a shower, toilet and a decorative washbasin. A hair dryer is also available here. The bedroom has a double bed (150 cm wide), a wardrobe and bedside tables.

In front of the house is a terrace with a grill/barbecue option and wood furniture. The flat roof with loungers, table, chairs and a sunshade serves as an additional sun terrace. From there, you also have a sea view. A parking area is available and renting a car is recommended. The approach road is a private street.

The house is distinguished, in particular, by the materials, such as natural stone and fine woods, that have been used. Wireless Internet (WLAN) is available and free of charge. On request, a baby’s cot can also be provided.

In a few minutes by car you can reach a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. A bus stop is also just 150 metres away, and from here, there are hourly services to other places in the municipality. The area is characterised by the quiet location. From here, you can set off hiking directly. It is barely five minutes by car from the beach promenade and the beautiful beaches. The town is famous for its Basilica with the sacred virgin of Candelaria.

    “Das Häuschen ist sehr authentisch und gemütlich mit Kamin und Grill draußen. Schöner Sitzplatz im abgeschlossenen Außenbereich, nicht einsichtbar. Schöne Terrasse mit Liegestühlen.
    Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
    Brötchenservice inklusive.
    Wir kommen sicher wieder.”
