The holiday apartments renovated in 2006 are in a quiet location in the old town centre of Caldé, just a short distance from Lago Maggiore. All the holiday apartments have their own separate entrance.
A shady interior courtyard can be shared by all the guests. Table and chairs are provided by the owner.
Owing to its location in a narrow alley, cars can only get to within 15m of the property.
There are public car parks nearby, around 150m from the holiday apartments. In the immediate vicinity there are also restaurants, where you can enjoy typical local specialities. The nearest shop is about 3km away. The weekly market at Luino, held every Wednesday, is about 9km away. Lugano (around 34km) and Varese (30km) are about a 45-minute drive away. For arrivals by air, Malpensa airport is about 50km away. The train station is within walking distance (about 150m).

This holiday apartment is located under the roof timbering on the second floor, accessed via an internal stairway. A bedroom, a living room with a kitchen niche, and a bathroom are available for guests. The kitchen niche is equipped with the standard appliances, such as stove, oven, coffee machine, microwave and fridge. The adjacent living room has two armchairs, a dining table with chairs and a small fireplace, enabling guests to feel cosy even on cooler evenings. In the bedroom there is a double bed. The bathroom has a shower. Wireless Internet access is also provided.
