    “Niet goed schoon gemaakt bij aankomst. Op sommige plekken wat achterstallig onderhoud. Bedden zeer matig. Wifi heeft de hele periode niet gewerkt. Er is contact over opgenomen met de sleutelvrouw en de helpdesk van de reisorganisatie. Er is telefonisch een terugbetaling beloofd maar daar is verder geen vervolg aan gegeven tot nu toe.”

    “Dear Sir /Madam We are sorry that the client has felt that the property was not as they expected. Our agent Mrs Figarol did say there was a temporary issue with the internet at some time over the summer which I apologize for. However I am happy the general upkeep is of a good standard. We did visit in October and all was in order. The beds are fine and as per website.
    Our agent ensures the property is clean every change over.”
