This former farmhouse located in South Jutland (Südjütland) has a thatched roof and a splendid setting, perfect for your holidays. This individual apartment is situated on 2 floors and is located on one side of the house. The owner lives on the other side. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen, living room, bathroom and the sauna. On the 1st floor there is a bedroom. The house is situated in a rural environment, surrounded by lush green garden. The nearby areas are covered by dense woods and meadows. A big, well-behaved dog lives on the property. The heating costs are included in the rent. The Put & Take lake and the fishing lake Favstrup is located in the vicinity, and here you can catch trout, tench and eel. Since fish is released in the water everyday you can do fishing as much as you want. Visit Christiansfeld, which is located between Kolding and Haderslev. It is named after the Danish King Christian VII, who founded the city in 1773, by the Moravian Church (Herrnhuter Brüdergemeinde). The city architecture with its parallel street pattern is the uniqueness of the ancient city centre and is still largely conserved. Do taste the nice honey cake available in the market. The farmhouse is near the historical, 350-year-old Tyrstrup Kro (inn), which is located between the fields and the forest. The inn offers good, international cuisine. If you wish to experience art, visit the Trapholt Museum. In Kolding Storcentre (Kolding Storcenter) you can do shopping. Kolding also has a games park. Visit the charming ancient town Haderslev, which has the cathedral and the Deer Park situated in the town centre.
