This beautiful Mediterranean holiday home with magnificent panoramic view on the sea, the bay and islands of Kvarner is located some five minutes of drive away from the beaches in the idyllic coastal place Sv. Marina, well-known for diving opportunities due to exceptionally clear sea. The house comprises two accommodation units with separate entrances. One is located on the upper floor and the other in the ground floor part. The house has a swimming pool, a nice barbeque and beautiful separate room with a kitchenette and a fireplace ideal for seating down, relaxing and socializing in the company of friends and family. The house is surrounded by olive trees, fig trees and Mediterranean vegetation. On the plot there are a slide and a swing for the youngest ones and a table tennis. In some 10 minutes drive you can reach the nearby little town Ravni with beautiful beaches. We also recommend a visit to the picturesque oldtown of Labin, which is well known for its many summer events, as well as the tourist town of Rabac.

    “Das Ferienhaus liegt wunderschön gelegen. Man hat eine traumhafte Sicht über die Bucht. Das Haus besitzt 5 2er-Schlafzimmer, 2 Küchen, 2 Wohnzimmer (das im ersten Stock verfügt über eine ausziehbare Zweimanncouch), 4 Bäder, einen kleinen Fitnessraum und einen neuen Bungalow mit kleiner Küche und genügend Platz für 12 Personen. Auch die Pool Area mit Dusche, 12 Liegen und dem Pool ist ausreichend groß und sauber. Handtücher, Bettzeug, usw. ist alles vorhanden und auch die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht...
    Zudem gibt es sowohl einen gemauerten Gas- wie auch einen gemauerten Kohlegrill, einen Kicker, eine Tischtennisplatte und eine Schaukel.

    Die Gastgeberin wohnt im Nachbarhaus und ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir können dieses Haus sowohl für 2 Familien, als auch für Jugendgruppen voll empfehlen.”
