Four-room detached house on ground floor, 2 gardens with car park.

Group of detached houses on the ground floor. It is situated at 400 m from the beach and 600 m from the centre, close to a supermarket. The house has 2 independent gardens and interior car park.

The detached house is located on ground floor and consists of a living room with a sofa bed for two persons, separated kitchen (cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine and exito second garden with barbecue), bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds, bedroom with bunk beds and bathroom with bath, wc and bidet.

The town of Lido delle Nazioni is notable for its wide streets, with lots of greenery and many shops for the pleasure of a little browsing after a day at the beach. The beaches are easily accessible from the shore road and are ideal for entertaining children with slides, swings, seesaws, and paddling pools. For a holiday with a special emphasis on well-being and the open air life, try the modern spa establishment which uses the local Bromine-rich water and features massage and relaxation areas. For a plunge into the past it is possible to visit the actual hut where Garibaldi sheltered with his dying wife Anita on August 3rd 1849.

    “Würden wir trotzdem wiederbuchen, da für Hund ideal! Positiv: Das Haus und die ruhige Umgebung gegenüber nur Bäume, ein Kanal und Laubwald! Nette Nachbarn! Das
    Haus war durch die Lage trotz Hitze immer schön angenehm kühl ohne Klimaanlage! Negativ: Etwas länger zum Strand als beschrieben ca.11 Minuten Gehzeit mit Sack und Pack, SUP und Hund.
    Empfehlung: Bollerwagen, Fahrrad oder doch (zwar ungern) das Auto zu benutzen.”

    “Die Lage ist super- 3 min bis zum nächsten etwas teueren Kiosk, 10 min zum nächsten billigeren "Spar" Supermarkt und mit dem Auto ca. 15 min zum nächsten Lidl, welches noch billiger ist. Zum Strand braucht man tatsächlich auch nur wenige Minuten.
    Es ist kein Luxushaus, aber hat an sich alles, was man braucht, um sich im Urlaub zu versorgen (Töpfe, Pfannen, Teller, Schüsseln, Besteck, Kellen). Und wenn doch mal noch was fehlt hilft einem die zuständige Agentur sehr schnell. Bei der Grillzange und dem Stöpsel der Dusche mussten wir nur kreativ werden. Überall sind Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern, das ist wirklich super.”
