In a bay, just a few minutes walk from the most beautiful sandy beach lies this stone house. Simply furnished vacation house on Korcula is ideally located in a pine grove and consists of 4 separate apartments (external stairs). The interiors have been partially renovated and are furnished differently. Two units have a large living room with kitchen and access to large terraces overlooking the sea and pine trees. One terrace has a pool. The cottage is located in well-kept surroundings. In the backyard with garden you can use an outdoor barbecue. A few meters from the cottage is a concrete plateau. Only three minutes walk away is the beautiful and popular sandy beach with restaurant and a cafe waiting for your visit.

    “Die Ausstattung war gut, jedoch in den einzelnen Wohnungen total unterschiedlich, das wichtigeste war jedoch vorhanden. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und verfügt über 3 große Terrassen sowie eine Grillstelle. Das Haus war ordentlich und verfügte über diverse Putzutensilien. Die Zimmer sind geräumig - aber nur teilweise klimatisiert. Die vorhandenen Kühlschränke im Haus kühlen nur schlecht. Über einen Steg kommt man direkt zum Meer. Dieser Steg ist jedoch nicht privat und somit auch für andere Urlauber zugänglich. Rund um das Haus befindet sich ein Wald. Von der Terrasse aus, kann man auf den ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernten Sandstrand blicken. Der Supermarkt Studenac in Lumbarda befindet sich in etwa 5 Autominuten vom Haus entfernt. Dort findet man alles, was zum täglichen Leben notwendig ist. In unmittelbarer Nähe zum Haus befindet sich der Sandstrand, dort gibt es ein Angebot für Wassersport sowie eine Bar.”
