Holiday apartment with garden and barbecue terrace

The holiday apartment is located in a detached house, built in 1978, renovated in 2018 and is modern furnished. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sun lounger, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion and garden furniture.

Banjole. The holiday apartement is located on a closed garden plot with flowers and bushes. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The apartments IST PUL 411 (5 people) and IST PUL 466 (5 people) are in the same house. Each apartment has its own entrance, but can also be used as a family. The property is located in an impasse. Suitable for families with children. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 4 cars) on the street in front of the house.
