Apartment in Waldmünchen with Garden and Barbecue

Our farm stands alone 2km from the town of Waldmünchen.

The apartment is in the attic and is comfortably furnished. It has been classified as three-star. It comprises 50m² and can accommodate five people. It can be extended with another room on the same floor (28m², double bed, two bedside tables, wardrobe). The apartment has a living room-kitchen with a kitchen unit (oven, fridge, four cooking rings, dishwasher, toaster, mixer, kettle, coffee machine), satellite TV, a comfortable sitting corner and a sofa. The bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe. The children’s room is for three people, with a bunk bed and a single bed, a wardrobe, shelving and a radio and CD player. The bathroom comprises a washbasin, shower, toilet, stool and bathroom furniture. There is a shoe rack in the hallway, as well as cloakroom space.

The cosy grill area and lawn are ideal for relaxing. There is also a little Wendy house and there is a table tennis table for sports enthusiasts.

The surroundings with forests and meadows invite you to go hiking or cycling. It is 350 metres to the Schwarzachtal cycle path, and there is direct access to the Goldsteig hiking path. We provide various little vehicles for children (bobby car, tricycle etc.), a playground, a giant trampoline, as well as pony riding, which many children enjoy. We are a child-friendly farm, and all guests are welcome to help feed and take care of the animals. You can make friends with a little calf, our horses or cats, or enjoy a ride on a tractor. We can also take you on guided riding excursions into the neighbouring forest. We look forward to welcoming you!

    “Alles okay. Kinderfreundlich und besonders den Pferden hatten es unseren Enkeln angetan. Sehr gastfreundliche Familie, die selber noch Kinder hat. Jederzeit zu empfehlen für Gäste mit normalen Ansprüchen. Wir werden versuchen wieder zu kommen. Uns hat es dort sehr gefallen.”
