Idyllic holiday home with terrace and garden

A rural, family and very cozy and separate holiday home in a quiet location is waiting for its holiday guests in the center of Epenwöhrden.

The house covers approximately 40 m² and is equipped with an open living-kitchen-dining area, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with toilet and a shower. The kitchen is very well equipped with all kitchen utensils, stove with oven, kettle, coffee machine and a microwave and much more. Towels and bed linen are already included in the price. The apartment is equipped with a radio and satellite TV and Blu-ray / DVD player. A guest WLAN with its own WLAN repeater (VDSL 25) is provided free of charge.

This tastefully furnished holiday home can accommodate three people. The terrace is located directly on the garden of the private property and can be reached from the bedroom of the house. The garden and terrace are in a protected location behind the house and invite you to relax, but also to romp.

Two pets, such as cats or small dogs (2 small dogs or 1 large dog) may be brought, with a larger number of animals or large dogs, please ask the landlord. A washing machine or dryer is not available on site.

The holiday resort Epenwöhrden is located in Dithmarschen, 10 km from Meldorf bathing beach and Elpersbüttel am Speicheroog, 2 km from the beautiful, ancient cathedral city of Meldorf, which has a beautiful leisure and indoor pool, various small shops in the pedestrian area, cafes and restaurants, and many large supermarkets and various sights.
A dog beach can be found in approx. 10 km in Christianskoog. If you like surfing, the surf pool in the Speicheroog (approx. 9 km away) is waiting for you. Windsurfing is allowed there, but kitesurfing is prohibited. Kitesurfing on the North Sea is allowed. But nature also invites you to linger. Like the nature reserve Wöhrdener Loch, where birds can be observed very well (approx. 10 km away).

    “Für Hundehalter/Hundefreunde sehr empfehlenswert! Positiv: Alles vorhanden, was man braucht!
    Ruhige Lage mit kleiner Terrasse und Garten.
    Der Vermieter war etwas seltsam, aber freundlich .
    Alles in allem super Preis/Leistung Negativ: Wir mussten erstmal die Hundehaare beseitigen.
    Es hat nach Hund gerochen ‍”

    “Alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen, damit könnte man aber leben wenn man keine grossen Erwartungen hat und alles mehr gepflegt wäre. Keine hygienische Unterkunft. An der Wand hing ein QualitätsZertifikat aus 2020, wie man zur damaligen Zeit zu dem Ergebnis kam, kann ich mir nicht erklären. Positiv: Küche mit Vollausstattung, alles was man braucht. Negativ: Alle Möbel sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Charme der 80er lässt grüßen.
    Eigentlich ein geräumiges Bad, jedoch war weder das Waschbecken, die Toilette noch die Dusche sauber. Die Dusche stand vor Kalk und Anhaftungen, das Silikon war schwarz angelaufen, der Boden war voll mit Fußabdrücken und Haaren. Überall Staub. Unter der Heizung im Flur hingen Spinnen weben und das nicht erst seit gestern. Das Duschen haben wir uns am folgenden Tag verkniffen, stattdessen sind wir abgereist, obwohl wir für 2 Übernachtungen gebucht hatten. Die Fenster von außen waren so dreckig, die wurden ewig nicht geputzt. Meinem Eindruck nach fehlt da der Blick einer guten Putzperle. Wer es sauber will und nicht erst putzen möchte der sollte sich hier nicht einquartieren. Das Schlafzimmerfenster, das einzige was man kippen konnte hing nur noch in einem Scharnier fest, als wir vorsichtig versuchten die Mängel anzusprechen hiess es nur... ja und?”
