This lovely semi-detached house with pool overlooking Moscenicka Draga is surrounded by lush greenery and nature. The rustic handmade furniture, the bread oven in the courtyard and a separate kitchen in the patio of the house make this recreation place ideal for family and friends. The garden in the property has children's toys, while a beautiful, comfortable terrace extending in front of the house is a perfect place for you in summer. Here, you can relax and dine in the open. There is a fireplace on the ground floor which keeps you cosy and warm on cooler days. However, the house is more vibrant during the summer months. The access road to the house is partially unpaved. Only a few summer homes are located in the vicinity and you can bask in the sun amidst nature. The house has several floors and built mostly of wood and stone (minimum ceiling height 80 cm). The famous resort Moscenicka Draga with beautiful beaches is situated only at a 10-minute drive. A horse stable as well as hiking and biking trails are situated nearby. A steep path leads you to this property.

    “Doppelhaus-Ferienwohnung - Opatija-Moscenicka Draga - Haus-Nr.: CKO300

    Nach der Beschreibung und den Bildern von "NOVASOL" buchten wir ein Ferienhaus oberhalb von Moscenicka Draga in Kroatien. Wir wissen nicht die Verantwortlichkeit der Beschreibung & Bildern, eins ist gewiss, man sollte die Beschreibung unseres Erachtens überarbeiten.

    "Kontra"

    "Entfenung": 2 Km zum Einkaufen & Restaurant -- tatsächlich sind es 5 Km
    vielleicht wird in Luftlinie gemessen - leider können wir nicht fliegen.
    "Sie erreichen es durch eine teilweise unasphaltierte Straße": -RICHTIG-
    tatsächlich sind 30% (ca. 1,5km) sehr grober Schotter, fast nur mit Geländewagen befahrbar.
    "Zum Haus führt ein steiler Weg": -RICHTIG- tatsächlich sind es aber die gesamten 5 Km die sehr steil und durch den groben Schotter kaum befahrbar ist.

    "Pro"

    Die Beschreibung zur Ausstattung, Außenanlage, Einrichtung usw. sind voll zutreffend.
    Wir haben herrliche 14 Tage erlebt in dem wir Grillten, Kochten und Backten. Erholung pur beim Relaxen am wunderschönen Pool oder beim spielen mit unserem Hund auf der Wiese.
    Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich, liebenswert und zuvorkommend mit einem Wort - SUPER

    Wenn der beschwerliche Weg zum Haus nicht währe, würden wir sicherlich noch einmal Buchen aber so..................”
