    “leider war dieses Haus sehr verwohnt und leider auch in einigen Bereichen sehr schmutzig. Sehr störend waren nicht abgedeckte Kabelverteilungen. sehr verdreckte und ,fleckige Matratzen, teilweise zerrissene Couch, ein Abstellraum, der so verschmutzt war mit undefinierbaren Überresten (Rattenkot oder Mäusekot) defekte Elektrogräte ( teilweise der Elektroherd, Kühlschrank, Staubsauger defekt, Kaffeemaschine)hinterlegte Telefonnummern auf einem Schmierzettel nicht erreichbar, Fernseher max 2 Programme, davon 1 Kanal KIKA) und Fensterscheiben, durch die man nicht durchschauen konnte ( Panoramafenster Wohnzimmer), Terrasse völlig verwildert,
    Gartenbestuhlung stark verwittert.
