This well-equipped vacation home is located only 100 meters from one of the best swimming beaches on the North Sea coast. Hvide Sande and its many attractions are a short distance from this vacation home. You live on a 1300 m² dune plot. The house contains an open living and kitchen area, from which you can access the terrace. On it you will find plenty of space and here you can dine al fresco just as excellently. Four good bedrooms and two bathrooms make you feel comfortable. In one bathroom there is a sauna. The 14 m² swimming pool provides refreshment and variety. The perfect house to relax for the whole family.

    “Ausstattung und der Zustand des hauses sind Top.
    Lage zum Meer ist auch top, das was man bemängeln kann ist die hanglage und dass man alles vom Auto runterschleppen muss und nicht direkt am Haus parken kann.
    Was auch ein bischen schade ist, dass das komplette Grundstück ungemäht ist.
    Preiswürdigkeit, naja, das Haus nebendran komkplett neu renoviert, grössere Terrasse, Garage, zaun damit die Bälger nicht abhauen kostet 1000 weniger im selben Zeitraum(Verstand mich super mim Nachbarn der drin wohnte) gleiche Bauweise und Ausstatung
    Sauberkeit: Da muss der Putzdienst noch an sich arbeiten, war jetzt nicht so toll” “Ausstattung und der Zustand des hauses sind Top.

    “Die Lage ist super, nur über die Düne und man ist schon am Strand. Zu Fuß am Strand nach Hvide Sande, war immer ein toller Spaziergang. Die Ausstattung auch in der Küche war okay, allerdings das Licht an der Abzugshaube defekt. Im Poolraum hatten wir einen Kurzschluss am Lichtschalter, welcher dann immer heißer wurde und anfing zu schmoren! Ein Sicherungskasten nicht auffindbar. Erst ein Anruf bei Novasol konnte Abhilfe schaffen und der Techniker war innerhalb von 5 Minuten da. Preis/Leistung stimmt.”

    “Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schönes Poolhaus, gemütliches Sofa, Kamin, gut ausgestattete Küche, was will man mehr. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
    Zum Strand nur aus der Tür raus und nur über eine Düne, Super! Keine weiten Wege zum Wasser, mit Kids zu empfehlen, da kann man auch mal öfters am Tag hingehen.”
