This very comfortable Mediterranean holiday house with heated pool, well-equipped wellness, exceptionally spacious plot and fully enclosed environment comprises two accommodation units connected by external stairs. The house is especially suitable for the out of season holiday period because of the heated pool and an impressive air-conditioned wellness with light effects starry sky, where you can enjoy relaxing in the spacious whirlpool, Turkish bath and Finnish and infrared sauna, followed by a refreshing emotional shower with cold water. It is fitted out in combination of rustical and modern design and it offers perfect conditions for the holiday of two families, who wish to spend their holiday together. The holiday home is situated in a small Istrian village, in direct proximity of Rabac which offers plenty of restaurants, café bars, souvenir shops and other attractions for all generations. The well-maintained plot is equipped with facilities for both children and adults. Next to the pool there is a 30m2 stone kitchen where guests can prepare tasty dishes on the barbeque. For recreation there is a gym as well as billiards, foosball and darts, while children can play in the playroom. A little further away there are small paths through the forest, so you can explore it by four bikes which are at your disposal. This is a perfect place for family holiday as it provides plenty of opportunities of getting to know Istria, its inhabitants, customs and surroundings places. Special feature is the golf course (driving range) area of 10,000 m2 with three covered places for outbreak of balls towards set targets and lengths with all necessary equipment (bag with clubs, balls and hangers). The house owner will give you hints where to buy home-made wine, brandy and honey.
