Beautiful detached house on two floors with a terraced garden equipped for your outdoor breakfast. The house is surrounded by olive trees that produce an excellent oil that you can buy in the area oil mills. To reach the house you pass by small alleys in the historic village of Calci, site of the beautiful Certosa, an ancient fourteenth-century monastery that can be visited and where the naturalistic museum of the Pisan university is located. The accommodation is less than 10 km from Pisa with its beautiful Piazza dei Miracoli with the world famous Leaning Tower, Piazza Cavalieri and the Lungarno, and less than 20 km from Lucca with its imposing city walls and the charming historic centre. Climbing the mountain road of Monte Serra (907 m.s.l) you can admire beautiful views of the Pisan valley to the sea of the Pisan and Versilia coast. The last part of the access road is unpaved and not suitable for low cars.

    “zu klein für zwei,
    Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig,
    sehr laut am Tag und ab 23°° Uhr bis Morgens um 4°° Uhr nur Hundegebell und das täglich.
    Strom einfach zu teuer,
    Objekt sehr schwierig zu finden
    kann ich nicht weiter empfehlen einfach zu laut, keine Erholung.

    “Das Haus ist schön gelegen und auch bei sehr heißen Teperaturen ging immer ein angenehmer Wind. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt. Viele Ausflugsziele und auch der Strand liegen in angenehmer Entfernung.”

    “Das Haus liegt sehr schön inmitten einer riesigen Olivenplantage. Wer Ruhe liebt, kommt dort voll auf seine Kosten. Der Anfahrtsweg ist etwas schwierig., da die Straße sehr eng ist und teilweise über einen Schotterweg führt. Spiegel einklappen ein muss, SUV und/oder Camper werden Probleme haben. Der Vermieter und der Gärtner sind beide sehr nett und in allen Fragen stets hilfsbereit. Bei der Ankunft wird alles sehr genau erklärt und die Schlüsselübergabe funktioniert tadellos.
    Bei der Stromabrechnung sollte man sich bei Ankunft gleich informieren wie hoch die Kosten sind, da in der Beschreibung ein Preis von 0,95 ct / KW steht, aber das so nicht ganz richtig ist. Den Meerblick haben wir auch vermisst.”

    “Absolut wunderbares, kleines Häuschen, bemerkenswert renoviert, 1-A Architektur, Vollausstattung, Lage im Olivenhain, perfekt. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat zwei Mal sehr gut geklappt, der Eigentümer war super nett. Sehr zu empfehlen.”
