Old farm situated in the magnificient countryside of southern Bohemia. Semi-detached house "Strmilov", 2 storeys, renovated in 2002. On the outskirts, 800 m from the centre of Strmilov, in a quiet, sunny position. Private: garden 400 m2 with wildlife garden. Volleyball court patio (50 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace, children's playground. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 800 m, outdoor swimming pool 16 km, indoor swimming pool 16 km. Golf course 18 km, tennis 700 m, minigolf 1 km, riding stable 8 km, cross country ski track 4 km. Upper floor: walk-through room 30 m2, with sloping ceilings with 3 beds (82 cm, length 192 cm), 1 sofabed (150 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (82 cm, length 192 cm), 1 double bed. Exit to the loggia. Sep. WC. Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot. Please note: non-smoking house. 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Fire extinguisher. One of the bedrooms on the upper floor leads to another bedroom with loggia.

    “Sehr spartanisch eingerichtetes Objekt, gesammelte Altertümchen aus vergangenen, sozialistischen Jahrzehnten mehr oder weniger zweckmässig auf die Räume verteilt. Ein Zimmer im Obergeschoß ist Durchgangszimmer mit 3 Betten, das andere separate Zimmer schliesst direkt an den Gemeinschaftsraum an. Die Matratzen sind eine Zumutung. Zweckmässig bedeutet hier wohl: sehr einfach gehalten. Allerdings ist der Vermieter sehr umgänglich, die Heizung funktionierte einwandfrei sowie alle Küchengeräte.
