This beautiful, luxurious property is situated on an elevated plot in a fabulous secluded location above Andratx, a mountainous plot with fantastic views of the surrounding countryside all the way to the sea. The perfectionist design of this 60,000 m² property with its park-like gardens is absolutely stunning and offers guests of Villa Andratx an idyllic retreat for a relaxing holiday. You can stroll around the enchanting garden to your heart's content and enjoy the peace and quiet. There are numerous inviting retreats, such as the outdoor lounge with XXL sofa furniture and a view of the water features in the garden. The changing style of the building complex and its solid stone construction lend it a certain stately character, which is emphasised by the artistic design with various archways and columns. An extensive terrace landscape over several levels connects the residences and offers many inviting seating and lounging areas to cosy up with a good book or simply unwind and relax against a picturesque backdrop. A large dining table with chairs and an outdoor barbecue are available for al fresco dining. Plan a barbecue with friends and enjoy a holiday evening. The 14 metre long and 4 metre wide pool on one of the highest terraces conveys a feeling of absolute luxury. In addition to a private pool house with outdoor shower and separate toilet, extremely comfortable sun loungers await you here. Relax and sunbathe after a refreshing swim. The view from this elegant terrace is simply heavenly, a balm for the soul.

With tasteful, cosy furnishings, Villa Andratx also boasts a total of 315 m² of living space spread over three separate buildings. The premises were completely renovated in 2005 and therefore have modern facilities with the typical Mallorcan flair that makes this place so endearing. With nostalgic accessories, ceilings with traditional wooden beams, beautiful lighting and cosy furniture, the holiday homes have a very aesthetic interior atmosphere. The two larger houses each have 120 m² of living space, while the smaller villa has 75 m². Each building has a fully equipped kitchen with an integrated dining area and a private bathroom. You are welcome to leave your hairdryer and iron at home, as these are also available to guests. Charming living rooms with comfortable armchairs and sofas invite you to relax or spend time together. Depending on your mood, you can also watch a DVD, play a game or switch on the TV to watch your favourite programme. The smaller villa has one double room, while the other two have two double rooms (or one triple room). The bedrooms are particularly cosy, offer plenty of space to relax in peace and quiet and each has its own air conditioning, so that the temperature can be individually adjusted in the hot summer. By separating the three accommodation units, each member of your travelling party, whether family or friends, can enjoy the peace and privacy they desire, while at the same time having enough space and opportunities to spend the best time of the year together. If required, the couple who own the property can, for a fee, accommodate you with any means to make your stay more enjoyable, such as picking up laundry or walking to the bakery.

You will never be bored here in the west of Mallorca, as the region around the villa is full of variety. Nearby beaches such as Camp de Mar or Cala Fornells invite you to spend an entertaining day by the sea and the western mountains are best enjoyed on a leisurely hike. Local, island-typical and always fresh products can be found at the weekly farmers' market in Andratx and the harbour town of Port Andratx is only 15 minutes away and offers several upscale restaurants full of culinary delights. The tourist town of Paguera is also not far away and offers a variety of restaurants and shopping opportunities.

This unique property with its ensemble of three holiday homes is located in the western part of the island. The park-like property on an elevated hillside offers fantastic views of the surrounding green landscape. The town of Andratx is only 5 minutes away and has numerous shopping facilities for daily needs, as well as a variety of cafés and restaurants. Less than 15 minutes away by car are beautiful sandy beaches such as Cala Fornells and the chic harbour promenade of Port Andratx.
