If you've always wanted to live like royalty, Can Menut can fulfil your wish. The rustic villa looks like a small fortress with a long driveway, ramparts and several buildings, including the separate guest house, the covered barbecue terrace with a small fridge and an outdoor bathroom with shower and WC. Absolute peace and privacy, the pulse of history, the Mediterranean lifestyle and the view from the pool over rolling hills and fields to the mountain monastery of San Salvador are a luxury that you can't put a price on. When you sit down to eat together at the long wooden table in front of old stonework, the table bending under the weight of tapas, olives, bread, grilled fish and carafes of wine and laughter, life is simply beautiful and the holiday is just as delicious as it should be!

Can Menut is an antique gem that has been lovingly cared for and combines the charm and tradition of times gone by with contemporary comfort. The romantic, spacious tower suite in the superior category with a narrow, anthracite-coloured shower tray is located on the second floor and can only be reached via a slightly steep staircase. In return, the entire glass front can be raised towards the balcony terrace, providing a view of the Tuscan-Mallorcan hills - pure pleasure! The ground floor is more practical with a small entrance hall, the living/dining area with an open-plan, rustic kitchen and a purist TV room. And Can Menut en Miniature offers two guests with a need for privacy a room near the pool with a double bed, shower room, kitchenette and a cosy siesta corner on the top floor. Anyone who lives in such style naturally needs an environment with esprit and... and celebrity factor. An old estate from the 16th century called Casa el Conco gave the small, rather sleepy Ca's Concos des Cavallers its name and has been attracting an original cultural and art scene as well as wealthy Germans living in the hilly region around Santanyí, Es Carritxó and S'Alqueria Blanca for many years.
