The villa "Es Garrovers", built in 2000, shows the typical Mallorcan quarry stone style of a spacious country house, embedded in a breathtaking hilly landscape on a plot on the edge of an extensive nature reserve.

This is a Fincallorca holiday home.

Stroll along the natural stone paths of the lovingly landscaped garden with gnarled almond and olive trees and then relax in the shady area with Mediterranean seating. The villa offers breathtaking views of the mountains and on clear days you can see Menorca from the roof terrace. The pool area has a sun terrace with modern sun loungers and stylish parasols, all safely fenced off for children.

Inside, the L-shaped design offers privacy for two families. The spacious living area has a high ceiling, a fireplace for cosy warmth and a vintage-style kitchen equipped for self-catering. The dining room with its large wooden table leads to two double bedrooms and a full bathroom, while the master bedroom upstairs has an en-suite bathroom and access to the roof terrace with stunning sea views.

Please note that there are some cats living on the property. The cats do not have access to the house but are fed by the property manager.

The exclusive villa "Es Garrovers is situated in an absolutely peaceful location amidst the green hills that characterise the enchanting area around the medieval town of Artà. You can drive there to do your daily shopping, take a leisurely stroll and try out the local bars, cafés and restaurants. Beautiful sandy beaches such as Sa Marjal or secluded natural beaches such as Cala Varquez are easily accessible from the villa by hire car.
