Here you can experience a holiday away from mass tourism as you stroll through the narrow streets to the castle or enjoy the colourful hustle and bustle of the market with extensive shopping on Tuesdays. The three-storey holiday home has three terraces, with the one on the ground floor being partially covered. In addition to an outdoor dining area with lounge flair adjoining the kitchen, there is even a small but nice pool, which is an absolute luxury for a townhouse in a city street. From the two paved terraces on the upper floors, you have a view over the rooftops of the picturesque town, the old library and the town theatre. From here you enter the cosy living room with fireplace, which offers access to the terrace and the fully equipped kitchen, making your holiday even more comfortable. A staircase leads from the living room to the upper floors. On the first floor there is a double and a single bedroom. The third bedroom on the top floor has the character of a spacious studio thanks to the living area in front of it. The exclusive and spacious bathroom, like the other rooms in the inviting holiday home, boasts an individual design with a walk-in shower and stone washbasin. Ca Sa Batlessa is particularly suitable for holidays with several generations. However, due to the extremely favourable price, it is also recommended for two to three people. A visit to Artà is worthwhile all year round and especially in the mild low season!

The journey to Canyamel or Cala Ratjada and thus to the beach only takes between 10 and 20 minutes.
