You'd have to be Neptune himself to want to stay closer to the sea: The water's edge is only 15 metres away, making it almost feel like part of your own garden. Of course, this means that the property doesn't have to have its own pool, which many villas and mansions further inland offer as a consolation prize. Whenever you want to take a break from sunbathing on the beautiful white sandy beach, your garden is just a few steps away. Coniferous trees around the property provide the perfect shady spot for a quick nap. Bushes and a small wall ensure that you have the privacy you need to feel at home. A little higher up is the covered terrace with polyrattan furniture. Here you can enjoy a cup of tea with friends or savour freshly caught and grilled delicacies in the evening, so that your taste buds can enjoy the proximity to the sea to the full. The sea has always had the undeniable ability to give us a feeling of relaxation and renewal. This is certainly also due to the fact that the fresh sea air has a regenerating effect on our lungs thanks to its high salt content. You should be able to achieve this effect particularly well on the roof terrace. In other words, the pleasant feeling of tiredness after a long day at the beach should disappear towards the evening.

Time to take a closer look at the property's cosy fireplace! In the living room, the cosy, light-coloured upholstered furniture is positioned so that you can effortlessly watch the crackling fire behind the glass panel. Even your favourite film is sure to appear in a completely new light when a real fire crackles next to it and the ocean waves appear just a few metres away. All the rooms are tastefully furnished without being obtrusive, or in other words: the ideal balance between comfort and enough space for your own thoughts. In the living room, there is plenty of room for all our guests at the solid wood table, where we sit down together for dinner in the evening. A desk offers space to sit and write your postcards. The kitchen is also well equipped. Here you will find a blender for preparing nutritious smoothies, two particularly spacious fridges and even a microwave in case you need it. There is also a table in this room, so that even larger groups in the villa have several places to gather their thoughts. There is also a double room with a large bed and two twin rooms on the ground floor. Overall, some of the furniture in the accommodation has a somewhat antique feel with its dark wood tones. A staircase leads up to the first floor, where a fairly modern room with another double bed, a desk and plenty of storage space for everything you have brought with you awaits you. There is also an en-suite bathroom on this floor and two further bathrooms on the ground floor. And if you're a fan of romantic candlelit baths, you'll appreciate this villa even more thanks to the en-suite bathtub!

The beach next to the property is made of fine sand and slopes gently, making it ideal for families with children. Bars, restaurants and shops are all within easy walking distance to the north along the beach (approx. 1.1 km). This takes you to the official parts of Playa de Muro, which offer significantly more infrastructure than the southern part, which is in front of the villa. If you walk in the other direction along the coast, you will finally reach Can Picafort (approx. 5 km away). Here you can stock up for beach days, as you live directly on the bay of Alcúdia with 17 km of beaches. Just a few minutes' drive away are other beaches that are part of this bay and are also worth a visit, but of course it is also possible to leave the car at home and discover them barefoot. In Santa Margalida, 12 kilometres away, there is a weekly market every Tuesday and Saturday that is well worth a visit. If you are travelling with children, you can also try out the water slides at the water park in Port dAlcúdia (7 km away). The S'Albufera nature reserve with its many canals is located in the immediate vicinity of the villa and is ideal for hiking and cycling tours. The villa is located directly on a popular cycle route and there are storage facilities for your bike in the garden.

Who could ask for more? The Franciscus picture book is perfect for anyone who loves to spend every free minute by the sea. The sandy beach offers a particularly shallow entrance into the sea, ideal for families and long walks along the pier. Visit the fishing village of Can Picafort for your evening stroll and sample some of the local delicacies on the promenade.
