This exceptional holiday home is nestled in extensive grounds with rolling hills and lush forests. Extensive terraces offer wonderful views of the countryside and the well-kept, spacious pool area. The large sun terrace made of natural stone surrounds a square, chlorine-free XXL pool and is child-friendly and safe thanks to a discreet fence. An L-shaped pergola offers pleasant shaded dining areas, a gas barbecue zone and a cosy outdoor lounge overlooking the pool. The secluded location of the finca allows for extended summer nights with the whole group without disturbing anyone. At the same time, there are plenty of places to retreat to so that those who want to go to bed earlier can do so in peace. Other outdoor amenities include a summer kitchen, a table tennis table, football goals and a snail shower.

The interior of the property is decorated with elegant, rustic furniture and houses spacious, cosy rooms. A cosy reception hall welcomes guests on the ground floor. Separated by high natural stone arches with glass doors, there are two cosy living rooms. In addition to a separate dining room, there is another dining area that is open to the bright, modern kitchen, which has access to the terrace. There is also a single bedroom on the ground floor. Upstairs there are four bright, spacious double bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms. One of the rooms is air-conditioned, while the others are kept cool by fans. One of the rooms also has a walk-in wardrobe. The finca has reliable mobile phone reception and good WiFi throughout the building. Finca Alzinar Gran is the ideal holiday home for families with children as well as a group of adults, not far from beautiful sandy beaches on Mallorca's east coast.

Stay in a villa in Mallorca's hiking paradise, just 5 kilometres from the artists' town of Artà, its varied weekly market and many cafés. The hidden Alzinar Gran estate, with its historic charm and an XXL pool on an incredible 265,000 m², provides relaxing moments in the countryside. Capdepera, around 10 kilometres away, is another great place for shopping and golf and is on the way to the sea. In the other direction, you can reach the beaches of Colònia de Sant Pere and Son Serra de Marina in around 20 minutes. They are ideal for families and surfers and a wonderful starting point for wild and romantic hiking tours.
