Can Ses Figueres contrasts the rugged mountain ridges with its lush curves, an enchanting cactus garden created with passion by a gardener around the house, with deckchairs and rocking benches here and there in enchanting corners. The benches and garden furniture groups offer further lovely places to linger, some designed as cosy little retreats, but also here and there with breathtaking views of the beautiful bay of Alcúdia. There is also an outdoor barbecue and ample seating around the pool. A path leads to the small pool, which was created like a pond surrounded by greenery, and down to the pebble beach of Ca los Camps. Sky-blue shutters try to outshine the sea. The views through the large terrace arches merge artfully into a painting. Here you can keep switching between table and chairs and changing perspectives, or relax on the upper balcony, where the view is characterised by the sea and the expanse. With such a large property, guests can rest assured that the owner lives in a small house on the estate, but only shares the car park with guests. The grounds surrounding the villa are virtually isolated. Situated in complete tranquillity at the end of a cul-de-sac, the only neighbours are a few scattered villas. To the right, it borders the beginning of the Es Canons forest and nature reserve. The entire mountainous region in the background is part of the Llevant Nature Park.

The well-kept Can Ses Figueres not only impresses with its stylish furnishings, but also with its spacious layout, which even older guests will appreciate! The open and bright lounge with its arched mullioned windows creates a lounge atmosphere. Inviting wicker sofas by the wood-burning stove invite you to enjoy a cosy cup of tea while listening to soft piano music. The TV armchairs have their own corner. You can easily cook in the curved, spacious kitchen with a view of the garden. You can also watch what's cooking in the pots from the terrace. A staircase with wide steps leads you upstairs, where you will find three apartment-like guest rooms with plenty of space and comfort. The blue seating area in the tower, the cosy conservatory or, if you wish, the balcony with panoramic views are extras that you can enjoy. Even people who don't always want close contact can live comfortably together here. Two well-equipped bathrooms (one on the ground floor, one on the upper floor) make this villa a truly well-rounded property...
Despite the rugged mountain terrain, families with children will also feel at home in the quiet and friendly fishing village of Colònia de Sant Pere with its sheltered bathing area. Just a short drive along the small coastal road and you are already in the harbour. The small bay of Ca los Camps, ideal for swimming, is open to the public, like all of Spain's coasts. The sandy/algae/pebble beach is particularly popular with the locals and is therefore never crowded, even in the height of summer. The water is clear blue and the tamarisk trees provide welcome shade even on the hottest summer days. The property is located directly by the sea and is only about 100 metres from the house. Further beaches can be found to the south-west, for example the 1,800 m long SArenal de Sa Canova, which can also be reached from the SEstanyol district via a coastal path. Mountain bikers and hikers can start from the Ermita de Betlem and climb the Puig de Ferrutx or the Puig de sa Tudossa. But if you don't want to go that high, you can climb the Calvary in Artà and then enjoy an espresso break in the village.
