This wildly romantic villa is situated on a hill and offers breathtaking views of the tranquil valley near the picturesque town of Artà, guaranteeing a wonderful and relaxing holiday.
This is a Fincallorca holiday home.
The spacious terrace is furnished with high-quality rattan furniture and has a pool with varying depths, perfect for a refreshing dip. An outdoor shower complements the pool area, while shaded areas provide comfort on warm days.
The pool terrace leads directly into the villa's central lounge on the middle floor. An integrated living and dining area flows into an open-plan American kitchen, with a cosy sofa area with an open fireplace for cooler evenings at one end of the room. From here, a few steps lead down to the two lower double bedrooms with shared bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor with a further bedroom and en suite bathroom as well as a small roof terrace with wonderful views.
The property also has a vegetable garden where you can enjoy seasonal produce. The owner also has a bike shop and will be happy to organise bike tours etc. on request.
The picturesque town of Artà is 2 km away and is ideal for daily shopping. Cala Ratjada is only 13 km away and offers several great restaurants. The unique natural sandy beach of Cala Torta can also be reached quickly by car.
Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this accommodation consists of people aged [30] or younger.
