Traditional outdoor area and modern interior. This is how Villa Can Paz welcomes its visitors after the 15-minute drive from the airport. From the outside, the two-part building has the classic look of a Mallorcan natural stone villa. The centrepiece of the outdoor area, the beautiful and very well-kept garden with adjoining pool terrace, is located on the south side of the house. A great place to forget everyday life at home and spend a relaxing time together outdoors. Here you can enjoy relaxing days, snooze on one of the many sun loungers provided, treat yourself to a fresh salad at the large dining table under the covered terrace or sit under the generous parasol in one of the pretty rattan armchairs with comfortable cushions and immerse yourself in a good holiday book. The pool is a considerable size: guests of all ages will appreciate the 20 x 3.5 metre refreshment area.

The entire interior is characterised by a refreshing white style combined with lots of colour accents and modern elements. An open-plan dining and living area invites you to linger together and find a cosy spot, be it at the dining table for your first coffee in the morning or in the relaxed sofa area with a glass of wine in the evening. The modern kitchen also offers plenty of space and the best equipment. From the large fridge to the generous workspace in the central kitchen block to the high-quality appliances, the kitchen offers everything a villa chef's heart desires. Tastefully furnished, each one promises restful nights with maximum comfort. This attractive holiday home is located just 3.6 km south-east of Llucmajor, so you can quickly access a wide range of shopping facilities to cover your daily needs. However, the small town has much more to offer, including cosy cafés, excellent restaurants and the weekly market that takes place three times a week around the charming Placa d'Espana. Thanks to its proximity to the Ma-19 motorway, which can be audible depending on the wind direction, interesting towns can be reached quickly in all directions. To the north, the Randa mountain with the Santuari de Nostra Senyora de Cura monastery, including magnificent views; to the east, Felanitx and the small, fjord-like bays of the coast there; to the south, the dreamlike natural beach of Es Trenc; and to the west, the island metropolis of Palma - you should definitely plan an extended visit with shopping and sightseeing during your stay.

The modern family villa Can Paz is located just 15 minutes by car from the airport and is close to the well-known town of Llucmajor in the south of Mallorca. Just 5 minutes away are the shops in Llucmajor, where you can enjoy the colourful hustle and bustle of the market on Placa d'Espana on Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays. For more extensive shopping, you can drive to the capital Palma, which can be reached in 20 minutes by hire car. The beautiful beaches of the south coast are also just a stone's throw away.
