Quietly situated on the outskirts of Malchow, in a housing estate, this holiday apartment for a maximum of two adults and a baby is located on the upper floor of a residential building on the owners' approx. 1,000 m² fenced residential property. Shopping facilities, restaurants and the bathing area at Lake Malchow are only a few minutes away.

The approx. 50 square metre, centrally heated, non-smoking apartment has a separate entrance (outside staircase) and is equipped with a hallway, living room (couch, flat-screen TV, radio, CD player) with dining counter and open kitchen (electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, washing machine, various small kitchen appliances), bedroom (double bed, cot, high chair) and bathroom with bathtub and toilet.

Highlights of the apartment are the large pool in the garden and a sauna (separate outbuilding), which can be used by guests. There is also free Wi-Fi, a large furnished terrace, barbecue, car park, bicycle storage room and storage facilities as well as insect screens on the windows.

The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy consumption as well as bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed in this property.

The small town of Malchow is a tourist gem in the centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. It is also known as the island town, as the old town is surrounded by Lake Fleesensee and Lake Malchow and is connected by an earth dam and a listed swing bridge, which opens several times a day for boat traffic. There are also passenger boat moorings, a harbour, restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities. Other attractions include the monastery church, the town mill, a large bathing beach, a summer toboggan run, a monkey forest and a riding stables just outside the town, boat and bicycle hire directly in the town and wellness, sports and golf facilities at the nearby holiday resort Land Fleesensee.
