The villa is situated on the property of the owners, who live on site. It is between Nîmes and Montpellier, close to the village of Carnas, near the medieval village of Sommières. With 300 days of sunshine a year, this corner of paradise in the Provençal Gard offers landscapes of rare beauty: 30 minutes to the south stretch the ponds of Camargue and the sandy beaches of Languedoc. A stone's throw away, the Cévennes National Park reveals equally spectacular landscapes. The region is rich in a fantastic historical heritage: The city of Avignon, the Roman cities of Nîmes and Arles, the Pont du Gard, the Duchy of Uzès, the historic Languedoc cities of Montpellier, Pézenas, Aigues-Mortes, Sommières and Sauve and a multitude of charming villages to visit.
