This first floor accommodation in the owner's house invites you to relax in the heart of nature, just 2 km from the village. The rental includes a kitchen and dining area. The bedroom has a comfortable bed and a living area with cozy armchairs. A glazed door provides direct access to the garden and the inviting swimming pool. Outside, the property is surrounded by a huge, unfenced plot. The centerpiece is the magnificent private pool measuring 10 x 4 m with a shallow bottom of 1.6 m depth. The pool area includes a well-equipped pool house with a plancha for outdoor cooking and a garden seating area that offers picturesque views of the pool and the lush garden. In addition, a bicycle storage room is available for the safe storage of your bicycles. Note that a short, easily navigable dirt road leads to the entrance of the property. The lovely owners, a married couple, live on the second floor of the house and will ensure that your stay is comfortable and relaxing. Quiet location surrounded by nature amidst fields of olive trees and truffle oaks. Pernes les Fontaines, town of water and history, with its forty old and sculpted fountains that you will discover while strolling through its cobbled streets. Nearby, you can visit the villages of La Roque sur Pernes, Venasque, L'Isle sur la Sorgue and Fontaine de Vaucluse. The city of Avignon is only 27 km away and Mont Ventoux 45 km.
