Ascending to the second floor, you will discover three sumptuous bedrooms, each exuding comfort and elegance, as well as a bathroom and access to the covered terrace with picturesque views of the pool and park. The second floor houses three further inviting bedrooms and a shower room. An adjoining outbuilding houses a games room and a fitness room. Step outside and step onto two covered terraces, one with a hot tub and the other with a charcoal barbecue and gas griddle, ideal for cozy gatherings. A private heated pool measuring 12 x 6 m invites you to relax surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. The landscaped grounds, adorned with fruit trees and garden furniture, offer a tranquil atmosphere, including an unfenced pond with seating. Note: While enjoying the natural beauty, please supervise small children around the unfenced pond for safety reasons.
