In a quiet and idyllic secluded location on the edge of a moorland area, directly on two small lakes that formed after peat cutting ended in 1954, the holiday apartment for up to 3 people, which was extended in 2017, is located on the lower floor of the owner's house on the approx. 2 ha fenced residential property.

The approx. 64 m², centrally heated, non-smoking apartment with separate access is the ideal address for active nature lovers seeking peace and quiet all year round, who can explore the unique landscape on foot or by bike, but don't have to miss out on swimming fun either. Restaurants can be found in Lohme, approx. 3 km away, and there are plenty of shops in Sagard (6 km) or Sassnitz (12 km).

With a view of one of the peat lakes, the apartment is equipped with a large living/bedroom (double bed, couch, armchair, flat-screen TV, radio/CD player), a separate kitchen (electric hotplates, mini oven, fridge with freezer, various small kitchen appliances, dining area with a view), a bedroom (2 single beds), a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer), a small hallway and insect screens on the windows. There is also a car park, seating and sun loungers in front of the house, a barbecue, bicycle storage and free WiFi.

Final cleaning, electricity and water costs are included in the total price. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed in this property.

Nardewitz, a district of the municipality of Lohmen, is located in the north-east of the island of Rügen, not far from the longest Baltic Sea beach on the island (approx. 11 kilometres), which begins in the neighbouring village of Glowe, as well as the Jasmund National Park with its impressive beech forests, which have been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the most famous chalk cliff on Rügen's steep coast, the Königsstuhl.Lohme itself, once a small fishing village directly on the Baltic Sea, is now a popular health resort with a harbour, marina, a small sandy beach, one of the largest erratic boulders on Rügen - the Swan Stone - and fine dining and arts and crafts establishments. Extensive shopping facilities can be found in Sassnitz (10 km) or Sagard (approx. 12 km) and the entire region is easy to explore by bike thanks to the well-developed paths and is ideal for a relaxing holiday by the water and in nature at the same time.
