The holiday apartment complex has 10 separate holiday apartments of various sizes in terraced house style. Only a small access road separates the complex from the shore of Lake Kummerow, about 35 metres away, and the natural beach. On a total area of 7500 square metres, there are various seating areas with seating, sun loungers and sun furniture, a table tennis table, table football, a barbecue area, a small children's playground with swings, sandpit, climbing frame, trampoline, bicycle storage, parking spaces and direct access to the lake with a bathing area (natural beach) and fishing opportunities. Bicycles, rowing boats and motorboats can be hired by arrangement (for a fee). Canoe hire and a surf school are about 600 metres away. Laundry can also be done in the communal utility room.
To be paid on site: Water and energy according to consumption. Bed linen can be brought along or rented on site for a fee. Towels must be brought along. WLAN 2 EUR/day.
Pets: Pets are allowed in this property.

Comfortable furnishings with: Living room (upholstered furniture, flat screen TV, radio, CD), open-plan kitchen (complete with electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, dining table, various kitchen appliances), bedroom (double bed), shower/WC, electric heating. Sommersdorf is a rural village on the eastern shore of Lake Kummerow, between the Reuterstadt Stavenhagen and the Hanseatic town of Demmin. Restaurant and bathing beach in the village. The region is particularly attractive for cyclists, hikers and water hikers due to the unique landscape of the Mecklenburg Lake District and Lake Kummerow.
