Our holiday flat in the beautiful Sythen-Lehmbraken district of the town of Haltern am See. In Sythen you will find everything you need for your holiday, from a supermarket and snack bars to an Italian restaurant and an ice cream parlour. In the summer months, our small but beautiful outdoor pool is also open. The well-known and always popular Silbersee lake and its restaurants are within walking distance of the holiday flat. The train station is 2 km from the holiday flat.The Münsterland and the Ruhr region can be reached quickly via the nearby motorway access road and the train station in Sythen. Haltern am See can be easily explored by bike, from a tour around the reservoir to a beautiful beer garden and the neighbouring climbing park. The town offers a wide variety of restaurants and cafés as well as the famous Haltern Roman Museum. Other very special attractions for young and old include the Kettler Hof leisure park, the Granat with its beautiful zoo and the Frankenhof, 15 kilometres away.

Our fully equipped holiday flat is located in a detached apartment building on the edge of the forest in the immediate vicinity of Münsterstrasse and the adjacent silver lakes of the town of Haltern am See. It is approx. 80m2 in size, dates from around 1900 and has 2 bedrooms. In the large bedroom there is a large box spring bed in 180x200cm, in the 2nd bedroom a sofa bed in 160x200cm. As you can see in the pictures, the flat has a modern kitchen, a bathroom with a shower/bathtub and a large living room with a dining area. The fireplace can be used in coordination in the winter months. The garden shown in the pictures is available for exclusive use in the summer months and is part of the holiday flat. So nothing stands in the way of a lovely summer evening. Up to 2 car parking spaces are available, as well as the possibility to use a wallbox for charging an electric car. Parking and charging facilities for bicycles are also available.

Children up to 3 years are travelling free of charge.
