The charming Villa Lanca in Istria in a beautiful natural setting offers you a peaceful and relaxing vacation. The villa can accommodate a total of 8 people in a pleasant environment with Istrian details and modern interiors. The villa is surrounded by nature and greenery and in the courtyard of the villa there is a small olive garden. The first floor of the villa is open type with a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a bedroom and a bathroom. On the second floor there are three rooms with en suite bathrooms. The 4282 m2 courtyard of the villa has an olive garden, next to which there is a children's playground for the youngest guests, as well as a private pool and an outdoor terrace with barbecue, table and chairs to enjoy dinner. The stone walls in certain parts of the villa give it a charming Mediterranean-style look. Refresh yourself in the private pool and enjoy a drink on the sun loungers in the beautiful Istrian surroundings. For additional entertainment, darts and table tennis are at your disposal. The surrounding area offers numerous leisure activities: Cycling, horseback riding, jogging, hiking and much more. The nearest beach with crystal clear water is in Vrsar, 10 km from the villa. Nearby are the well-known coastal towns of Porec and Rovinj. Stroll through the romantic streets of Rovinj and visit the baroque Church of St. Euphemia and the town palace. Culinary lovers should not miss the Monte restaurant, which has earned a Michelin star. We also recommend taking a boat trip to the Rovinj archipelago. In Porec, visit the Euphrasian Basilica (UNESCO World Heritage Site). Here you will find a variety of cafés, bars and restaurants. The medieval hilltop towns of Motovun and Groznjan are also worth a visit.
