This beautiful villa is located near Porec, in a small hamlet 10 km from the sea and city center. The villa was built with stone and high quality materials and has an area of 354 m2, of which 265 m2 are on the first floor and 89 m2 on the upper floor. This property is nestled on a plot of 1,400 m2, which consists of a well-maintained garden and lawn. Next to the house there is a garage of 58 m2 for 2 vehicles. The first floor comprises a large living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, pantry and 2 bedrooms with bathrooms. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. From the living room, guests can easily access the pool area and our private pool (40 m2). Upstairs bedrooms and the pool area offer stunning sea views, allowing you to enjoy the pool and contemplate the olive groves and the Mediterranean Sea beyond. There is also an outdoor jacuzzi available on request at an additional cost.This property is ideally located in a peaceful setting of olive groves and vineyards, making it a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of modern life. The villa is situated on the edge of a small hamlet, providing the perfect peace and privacy for family vacations, but it is only a 10-15 minute drive from the jewel of Istria - Porec. Porec is the largest tourist town in Istria, where you will find all kinds of activities. If you are looking for something to do, extraordinary experiences and rich cultural heritage, Porec with its 100 years of experience in hospitality and top tourist offer is the right place for you. Make sure you don't miss the many parties organized in tourist villages and the city center.
