The traditional style gives Villa Arta a very special atmosphere ... a blend of tradition, comfort and luxury. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this beautiful villa can accommodate 6 +1 people. It also consists of a living area and dining area with fully equipped kitchen, where you can enjoy the great sea view on a covered terrace. The garden also includes a barbecue area with dining table. The house is equipped with 2 private parking spaces. However, it is not a party house and youth groups are not allowed.The villa is nested in a charming village called Kastelir. It is close to Porec and its beaches ... Stores and restaurants are within a few minutes walk. Areas of interest include the medieval hill towns of Motovun and Groznjan and the coastal towns of Rovinj and Vrsar. A little further afield, the Brijuni Islands, the Roman amphitheater in Pula and a day trip to Venice are all recommended excursions that are available from this region.
