Beautiful Villa Nikolina is the ideal choice for any guest looking for a little peace and quiet on vacation. This brand new villa has a beautiful, carefully tended garden surrounding the large, inviting infinity pool with counter-current swimming. Enjoy the sun by the pool as much as possible on the beautiful, warm days in Istria! The villa has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 people - ideal for a large family. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor, while the other 3 bedrooms are on the second floor. All bedrooms have a TV and a private bathroom to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Furthermore, you can enjoy the beautiful sea view from every bedroom.
On the ground floor you will also find a fully equipped kitchen with 2 coffee machines and a cozy living room with dining area.
But that's not all: Villa Nikolina also offers a well-equipped outdoor kitchen with a wine fridge, a drinks fridge and a dishwasher, as well as an outdoor dining area for the whole group! The villa really leaves nothing to be desired!
IMPORTANT: younger groups are not allowed.This property is ideally located in the midst of unspoiled Istrian nature, making it a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of modern life. At the same time, the villa is only a 10-15 minute drive away from the jewel of Istria - Porec. Porec is the biggest tourist town in Istria where you will find all kinds of activities. If you are looking for something to do, extraordinary experiences and rich cultural heritage, then Porec with its 100 years of experience in hospitality and top tourist offer is the right place for you. Make sure you don't miss the many parties organized in tourist villages and the city center. There are beach clubs, cafes and after midnight you can enjoy the cozy atmosphere of night bars and discos. Nothing but fun from dusk till dawn Areas of interest include the medieval hilltop towns of Motovun and Groznjan and the coastal towns of Rovinj and Vrsar. A little further afield, the Brijuni Islands, the Roman amphitheater in Pula and a day trip to Venice are recommended excursions from this region. A car is recommended.
