This beautiful, modern villa is located in quiet Vodnjan near Pula and is surrounded by peaceful Mediterranean nature. The villa can accommodate up to 8 + 2 people and has a private pool, outdoor dining area with barbecue, WiFi and air conditioning. The first floor consists of a stylishly furnished living area with kitchen and dining area as well as 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a guest WC. The bedrooms have direct access to the large terrace and pool. The other two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and balconies are located on the second floor. From the balcony with a cozy seating area, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the green surroundings.
Not only can you spend your time in the pool, but you can also play volleyball, while the youngest guests can enjoy the children's playground with swings. The sun loungers are the perfect place to relax and enjoy a cold drink on warm summer days. :)
Villa Median is located at the end of a small, quiet village near Vodnjan and is about 20 km from Pula. Vodnjan and Fazana are known as the places with the best olive oil in the region, while the area of Vodnjan is also known for its dry stone construction, which is under the protection of UNESCO. The beautiful town of Vodnjan is a typical medieval town with an interesting architectural pattern. On the main square stands a stunning baroque church, as well as several restaurants and cafes. Recently, Vodnjan has quickly become one of the top cultural towns in Istria, with events taking place every weekend. The nearest beach is in Barbariga, only 3 km from the villa.
Pula is the largest port and tourist hub in Istria. Rich in cultural and traditional aspects but also due to the beautiful natural landscape, Pula offers all kinds of leisure activities such as sports facilities, night club, casino, pubs and restaurants as well as organized tours. The symbol of this city is definitely the twenty centuries old city arena, where spectacular gladiator fights took place in Roman times. Today it is the sixth largest amphitheater in the world. Pula offers great opportunities for vacationers. You should also definitely visit the city's surroundings - the lush green landscape of southern Istria, the beautiful surrounding beaches, the Kamenjak Nature Park or the Brijuni National Park.
