Villa Orah sits peacefully in the centre of an incredibly picturesque hamlet and enjoys endless views across the picturesque Istrian countryside to the sea in the distance. One step inside and you are surrounded by natural stone walls, exquisitely blended with the décor that exudes true Istrian charm and history. The three cosy bedrooms are spread across the upper floor with a beautiful terrace offering breathtaking views of the magical surroundings. At the heart of the building is a large room, divided by a stone arch into intimate living and dining areas with a fully equipped kitchen, immaculately integrated into the original structure of the villa. The traditional wooden beamed ceilings, terracotta floors and a cosy open fireplace are matched with tasteful furniture and comfortable sofas and armchairs and complemented with all the benefits of a modern retreat: A/C, WiFi, underfloor heating, as well as 3 modern bathrooms. Beautiful stone walls surround the lawned garden, adorned with a variety of flowers, fragrant trees and green hedges. The enticing pool is perfectly positioned next to the charming, shaded pergola with the traditional built-in barbecue, as well as the covered loggia with a dining table, the perfect place for al fresco dining and relaxation while enjoying the magnificent views. A very special house in a very special place for your very special holiday.
Villa Orah is not a party house and youth groups are not permitted. This holiday home offers peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle, but is still only a short drive away from the major tourist centres of Istria, Porec and Rovinj. Restaurants, bars and markets are a short drive away. If you are looking for activities, unforgettable experiences and a rich cultural heritage, Porec, with its 100 years of hospitality experience and excellent tourist offer, is the place for you. If you are looking for beautiful, undiscovered medieval towns and excellent gastronomic experiences, head inland. In the northern part of Istria, overlooking the Mirna river valley, you will find the most famous and attractive medieval town in Istria, Motovun. This fascinating hilltop town is one of the characteristic symbols of the Istrian inland. Not far from Motovun you will find another Istrian jewel Groznjan. Groznjan is a small Istrian town of great cultural importance, not only in Croatia but internationally. The summer months are very lively here.
