The charming Villa Casa Magica with private pool, surrounded by nature, is located in a small village in central Istria. It can accommodate up to six people, making it ideal for a family vacation. It consists of a stylishly furnished living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, two cozy bedrooms and two bathrooms and thus offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. There is also a green, well-tended garden with a pool. You can sunbathe on the loungers around the pool while enjoying the beautiful view of the picturesque natural surroundings. The terrace with outdoor dining area and barbecue is the perfect place to spend quality time with your loved ones! The villa itself is a secluded, perfect place to relax ... so ideal if you value privacy, peace and quiet. Istria is easily accessible and has an excellent road network with little traffic. Plomin beach is approx. 18 km away. The Istrian peninsula "Terra Magic" is located on the Adriatic Sea, the closest warm sea in the heart of Europe. The "Pearl of the Kvarner Bay" belongs to the eastern part of the peninsula. In the western part, just a short drive from Pazin, lies the fantastic, medieval Pazin Castle (Kastel) 130 meters above the cliff where the Pazin?ica River flows into the Pazin Pit: This is the setting for the novel Mathias Sandorf by the famous French writer Jules Verne, which was published in 1885. Nowadays there is a Jules Verne Club in Pazin, and at the end of June the annual Jules Verne Days take place.
