The imposing Villa Ginocchetti, which was built in 2018, is hidden in the Istrian town of Valentići, part of the municipality of Kaštelir. The villa is surrounded by beautiful olive greenery, which will make your holiday especially relaxing. You can also relax on the rocky beach which is only 7 kilometres away from the villa.

Inside the villa, on the ground floor, there is one bedroom, and upstairs are three bedrooms, one of which has a view of the rows of olive trees, and the other two of the morning sun and the crystal clear sea. The air-conditioned bedrooms have a double bed (180 x 200 cm). If you bring your little ones to the villa, a baby cot (60 x 120 cm) is available on request. The ground floor has a living room with TV and kitchen which in its dining room offers space for 8 people. The villa has four ensuite bathrooms with shower. The villa also has a separate toilet. The combination of modern decoration with external rustic style will provide you with comfort and luxury during your stay.

In the courtyard of the villa there is a swimming pool (50 m2) where you can relax and enjoy the view of the beautiful olive trees that provide a real rustic atmosphere. Also, around the pool there are 6 deck chairs and a seating area where you can enjoy the outdoors with your loved ones.

On the land next to the villa there are two parking spaces, and outside the land more than 3. The villa is fully fenced so you can enjoy the privacy of the Istrian paradise.

Valentići is located near the town of Porec, which has historical monuments that will take you into the past of Croatian cultural heritage. Also, in Porec there are beautiful beaches with crystal clear sea where you can enjoy the view of the meditating open sea. Within 20 km there are as many as three golf courses. The nearest tennis court is 8 km away, and restaurants and pubs are 500 metres away.

From the next season in 2023, the villa will offer a charging station (wall box) for e-cars (included in the rental price).
