The luxury villa Marko is located near the town of Sibenik, in the quiet village of Tribunj, which is known as a tourist centre with a beautiful landscape consisting of numerous islands such as Logorun, Lukovnik, Prisnjak and Sovljak, which lie in the sea in front of Tribunj. The speciality of Tribunj are its narrow streets and densely built houses, only 4 km away from Vodice. In Villa Marko you will find a peaceful and happy place for a perfect holiday, whether you come with a group of dear friends or with children. Villa Marko is built in contemporary style on 3 floors, has 350 m2 of living space and offers accommodation for a maximum of 8 guests. It is 550 metres from the bright and clean sea and just as far from the nearest beach. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has 4 bedrooms with 4 double beds, and all rooms have their own bathroom with shower. As additional content, the villa has a separate toilet and you can use a washing machine and an iron. The spacious living room consists of a corner sofa that serves as an extra bed for two people, a table, two stools, a TV and an electric fireplace. Near the living room there is a dining room with a dining table for 8 people. The modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare the delicious meals you love to cook for your family. On the outdoor terrace you will find a beautiful heated pool with an area of up to 93 m² and a depth of 1.2 m and 1.5 m, where you can really relax and refresh yourself on hot summer days. Other features of the pool include a waterfall and counter-current swimming, and you can also sunbathe on 10 sun loungers. For added enjoyment on the terrace, there is a seating area where you can drink coffee and read your favourite books. Preparing delicious meals will never be easier as you can use an outdoor gas barbecue. The villa is fully fenced and offers sea views from almost all rooms, which gives it uniqueness and specialness and allows you to relax and enjoy the unspoilt nature. Among the entertaining contents that round off your stay at Villa Marko are table football, table tennis and darts. If you are a fan of active holidays, you have the option of using a stationary bike and running on a treadmill. The hot tub and sauna are also part of this beautiful villa, where peace and quiet are guaranteed and you can enjoy the tranquillity they offer with all your senses. Inside the courtyard there are 4 private parking spaces, while outside the courtyard there are two more. Villa Marko has cameras all around the exterior to protect the owner and guests. This villa is intimate and secluded in nature surrounded by dense pine forest with no neighbours.

The local population of Tribunj lives mainly from agriculture, fishing and tourism. The old part of the town is located on an island connected to the mainland by a stone bridge. Among the monuments you can visit are the Church of St Nicholas and the Venetian fortress Jurjevgrad from 1452, from which you have a magnificent panoramic view of the sea, the land and the Kornati National Park, as well as the activities available there. Another interesting thing about Tribunj is that when the local fishermen return from the sea, the main waterfront promenade becomes a local market for fresh seafood, fish and even crabs. Visit famous taverns and restaurants as well as the surrounding towns such as ibenik, Vodice or Primoten. *Both pools (large pool and children's pool) are open from 15 May to 1 October.
