Villa House of Poseidon located only some twenty metres from the sea and the beach in Petrčane, ten kilometres from Zadar, owes its name to the Greek sea god. The house is built in 2021, completely inspired by the sea, from its rooms with elements of blue marble depicting the turbulent sea surface all the way to the cinema, which is an exceptional experience of diving into the seabed. This new, modern, low-energy house is located on a plot of 500m2, while its inside area of 320m2 provides superior luxury for 8 guests and can accommodate a total of 10.

Villa has exceptional micro-location in well built and maintained settlement, close to the sea and a position neighbouring the natural park (no neighbours on the west, only green “wall”). Guests can expect inspiring house design and green surroundings, at the same time only fey metres from diving/swimming into the Adriatic Sea at well arranged public beaches suitable for kids.

Petrčane, with three 4-star hotels and one 5-star hotel is the most attractive tourist destination in the surroundings of Zadar. It has been attracting tourists for decades with its landscaped and gentle beaches sheltered by holm oak and pine shade and clean sea. It is well connected by bike paths with Nin, Zadar and the surrounding area. Villa is positioned on a 4-kilometer-long seaside promenade, providing equal opportunities for those interested in sports and excitement, as well as for those who expect a holiday in peace and relaxation. The villa is located next to a natural park which provides shade in the afternoon and the opportunity to enjoy bowling in the nearby public court.

The ground floor contains a spacious living room connected to the kitchen and a separate toilet. In addition to the dining table that accommodates 10 guests, the space is equipped with a sofa, a separate table, armchairs, and a bar. On the ground floor there is also billiard table, fully equipped music system, wine and café cabinets from which guests can choose free coffee and tea drinks, and for additional fee, especially selected wines.

The basement floor will surprise you with its gym equipped with top-quality exercise bikes, ATX multifunctional exercise equipment and treadmill and many other sports equipment. Staying in a spacious cinema that can accommodate ten people is an experience of diving into the seabed, where kids could enjoy play-station, while evening karaoke might entertain whole families. This impression will be contributed not only by the arrangement of the space, but also by the state-of-the-art air conditioning and ventilation and music systems with which the entire basement floor is equipped. Poseidon SPA has also found its place on this floor. There is a top Finnish sauna for 6 people and a spacious, 1200-liter Jacuzzi for 5 people. On this floor there is an additional bathroom, toilet, and a shower.

Upstairs, House of Poseidon has four rooms with king-size beds, each with a separate bathroom and shower, and each with exceptional sea view. The rooms have spacious sliding glass walls that allow the space of each room to become a balcony/terrace. Automatically controlled external blinds will ensure the protection of the rooms and all other areas in the house from the strongest sun, while ordinary and sun block curtains allow the rooms to be completely darkened. Each sliding door/window is additionally equipped with a mosquito net, so you can enjoy the open windows, park fragrances and sounds of the see without fear of bites. Each bathroom is equipped with electric underfloor heating and has natural light in the form of a French door or an electrically operated skylight. All rooms, as well as the entire area of the house, are air-conditioned. Cots are also available upon request.

House of Poseidon is a smart low-energy villa equipped with the most modern air conditioning system, roof panels for hot water and its own solar power plant installed on the roof. Because of all this you do not need to worry about the energy you consume during your stay, as your impact on the environment will be minimal.

If you enjoy music, House of Poseidon is the right place for you since the entire ground floor and exterior of the house is equipped with a top Bose music system. The house has three parking spaces, an outdoor covered lounge space for a comfortable stay of 8 people and an outdoor covered gazebo that allows dining for 8 people. The heated and cooled pool measuring 4 x 9 metres will allow you to swim also out of season, while the 2 grills: gas grill and kamado charcoal grill will allow even the biggest gourmets to prepare excellent meals on the grill.

In the House of Poseidon there are two SUP boards, set of pool toys and five bicycles, as well as a children's corner with a slide and other toys for children.
