In its 305 m2 villa can accommodate 10 people in 5 luxuriously furnished bedrooms, two of which are located on the ground floor of the villa. All bedrooms and living rooms have beautiful views of the city and the islands. On the ground floor of the villa there are 2 bedrooms and bathrooms equipped with a shower enclosure, a harmoniously decorated and sunbathed living room alongside a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. On the upper floor of the villa, you can find the remaining 3 modern bedrooms with bathrooms as well as another luxurious living room with dining area and kitchen space.

The special offer of the villa includes a well-equipped gym and a lovely children's playground. Furthermore, a beautiful 32 m2 pool surrounded by 10 comfortable loungers can be found in the landscaped courtyard of the villa. Guests also have an outdoor charcoal grill and 4 parking spaces at their disposal.
