Fantastic newly built villa with a sea view and only a few minutes walk from the beautiful pebble beach, located in the Dalmatian town of Zadar. Villa Val is located in the tourist settlement Diklo, only 4 km away from the culture and historical centre of the city of Zadar. The tourist settlement Diklo and the city of Zadar, with its infrastructure, entertainment and other amenities, are ideal for family holidays, but also for young people looking for an active holiday.
This luxury villa offers a comfortable stay for a total of 8 guests with 4 double bedrooms, 3 with ensuite bathrooms with a walk-in shower, while one bathroom has a bathtub. On the ground floor of the villa there is a fully equipped kitchen with access to the swimming pool, harmoniously decorated dining and living room, and one bedroom. The other 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor, where there is also a game room with a pool table. Guests have the use of a total of 5 TVs in the villa.
On a rooftop terrace of 90 m², guests will enjoy a jacuzzi and a beautiful view of the sea, and can also prepare delicious dishes on the outdoor barbecue. The courtyard features a heated swimming pool of 32 m² with outdoor shower. The inner part of the garden with swimming pool and table tennis is completely fenced.
In its setting in the city of Zadar, the heart of Dalmatia, Villa Val also gives you the opportunity to visit and attend various activities and towns nearby. Not far away are beautiful Croatian National parks Krka, Paklenica and Plitvice Lakes, and the historic and interesting towns of Nin and Sibenik are ideal for day trips.
