The space:
The attic can be used as an additional sleeping area. (mattress 200x180) The outdoor area has a large terrace with a valuable mosaic table and parasol. There is a Weber barbecue you can use behind the house on the granite patio. Also, plenty of wood for the fireplace and charcoal for the BBQ is available
Das Haus ist sehr gut isoliert. Der Kamin (6KW) schafft eine tolle romantische Atmosphäre und heizt problemlos das ganze Haus. Sie können aber auch den Elektroradiator (2 KW) zum Heizen des Hauses nutzen. Das Badezimmer hingegen verfügt für Ihren Komfort über eine elektrische Fußbodenheizung.
