Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss der Chesa Suot Larsch am Sonnenhang
von Samedan. Aus dem Wohnzimmer und aus dem Eltern-Schlafzimmer hat man eine
phantastische Aussicht über Samedan direkt in die Bernina-Gruppe hinein. Insbesondere die
Aussichten auf die Piz Bernina und auf den Piz Palü sind spektakulär schön. Die Wohnung ist
ausgesprochen ruhig und hell. Es gibt einen Balkon, auf dem man die wunderbare Aussicht
geniessen kann.
Die Wohnung ist 90 qm2 gross und verfügt über ein grosses Wohn-/ Esszimmer und 2
Schlafzimmer, jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Im Elternschlafzimmer (15qm2) gibt es
ein grosses Doppelbett (160x200), das zweite Schlafzimmer (12qm2) hat zwei einzelne Betten,
die aber zusammengeschoben werden können. Ein Bad verfügt über eine Badewanne, das
andere Bad hat eine Dusche. Es gibt eine kleine abgeschlossene Küche mit Geschirrspüler und
Induktionsherd.
Es gibt eine abgeschlossene Einzelgarage und hinter dem Haus, oberhalb der Wohnung mit
separatem zweitem Hauseingang, der direkt zur Wohnung führt, einen weiteren Auto-Abstellplatz.
Im Eingang des Hauses befindet sich ein Raum, in dem die Skistiefel deponiert und beheizt
werden. Ski können in der Garage gelassen werden.
