The studio flat CKO572 is on the ground floor and has a lovely terrace in the shade behind the house. Holiday apartment CKO275, on the other hand, is located on the first floor. Visit the beautiful holiday resort of Opatija with its many wellness facilities and excellent restaurants serving delicious specialities. Stroll along the seafront promenade on the Opatija Riviera. Stroll through the pedestrian zone in the town of Rijeka and discover the shopping centres in less fine weather. Nature lovers can explore the nature park in the Uka Mountains.

    “Die Ferienwohnung war in einem einwandfreien Zustand, gut ausgestatet und sehr gemütlich. Küche, Bad, Bettwäsche, Bade und Handtücher- alles war sehr sauber. Die Urlauber haben die Möglichkeit ein Teil des Gartens der Gastgeber zu nutzen. Im Garten (unter einem großen Kiwi-Strauch) findet man einen angenehmen, schattigen Ort, um z.B. zu frühstücken oder Karten spielen. Die Gastgeber waren immer freundlich, großzügig und hilfsbereit. Aus ihrem Garten bekamen wir immer frisches Obst und Gemüse direkt auf den Tisch "geliefert". Die Gastgeberin spricht gut Deutsch, was wesentlich die Kommunikation erleichtert.”

    “Ferienwohnung sehr sauber und modern ausgestattet. 4 Sterne Wohnung. Sehr nette, Deutsch sprechende Vermieter. Bestes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Umgebung- sehr viel Grün. Haben uns sehr wohl und aufgehoben gefühlt. Sehr cool ist, dass man aus dem Fenster das Meer sehen kann :-) !
    Sehr zu Empfehlen für Familien!!! Aber auch für Paare!!!”

    “Die Ferienwohnung ist relativ neu und sehr sauber. Ausstattung sehr gut. Lediglich in einem Zimmer ist kein deutschsprachiges Fernsehen zu empfangen, was aber für uns kein großes Problem darstellte.”
