On the ground floor double wooden doors lead into a large hallway, finished with precious marble and featuring a staircase leading to the upper floor.
The large and modern kitchen is equipped with all necessary electrical appliances and includes a breakfast area which has been attractively furnished with an aluminium and glass topped table with brightly coloured orange chairs. There is also a walk-in utility room and a door leads directly out to the surrounding terrace. A separate, large dining room/lounge is furnished with comfy sofas and armchairs and an attractive woodern dining table, two sets of glass double doors lead out onto the rear terrace . On this floor there is also a toilet for guests and a twin bedroom with its own walk-in shower room.
On the upper floor there are 2 further bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin beds. Both have access to a panoramic terrace. The twin bedroom has its own shower room while the double bedroom has a bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower.
The villa offers Air Conditioning – from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00 and Wifi.
The private swimming pool is set within extensive gardens with lawn offering excellent opportunities for outdoor living and dining (including a fantastic poolside kitchen area). The rear terrace runs all along the villa and has rattan sofas, chairs and tables. From this terrace a path lead across to the poolside shower and purpose built covered BBQ.
The lawned gardens are beautifully landscaped and planted with local trees and shrubs, and are beautifully lit at night.

Included in the price are bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water and gas)
